🛍️ Checking Out a Walk-In Sale

Here’s how to quickly process a walk-in sale in salonMonster.

✨ Here’s How

1. Open the Menu ☰

    From the main menu, select Sales.

2. Start a New Sale

    Within the Sales tab, choose New Sale.

3. Select “Walk-In”

    From the options, choose Walk-In.

4. Add Products, Services and now Gift Cards

    Add the products and/or services your client is purchasing.

5. Proceed to Checkout

    Once everything looks correct, select Continue.

💳 Integrated Payment Processing (salonMonster Payments / Stripe Terminal)

If you’re using integrated payment processing, checkout works like this:

1. Select Charge to send the total directly to your payment terminal.

2. Or tap the down arrow ⌄ beside Charge to choose from:

    • Card on File

    • Manual Card Entry

    • Cash

    • Gift Card

💰 Non-Integrated Payment Processing

If you’re not using salonMonster’s integrated payments, you’ll use Add Payment instead.

Then select your payment type from:

 • Card on File

 • Manual Card Entry

 • Cash

 • Gift Card

 • External Payments, which can include:

  – Gift Card (External) — for gift certificates without a number

  – Debit

  – Visa

  – MasterCard

  – Amex

  – E-Transfer

  – And more

✅ Once the payment is complete, confirm and finalize the sale.
