You can send marketing updates or announcements to all your clients — or just a specific group — directly through salonMonster’s Marketing section.

Open the Marketing Page
 From the ☰ Menu, select Marketing to open the email composer.

Select Your Audience
 If you have multiple team members, you can choose to email:
 • Clients of all team members, or
 • Clients of one specific team member.
 Next, choose who to include:
 • All clients
 • Clients whose appointment is between certain dates
 • Clients who spent over a set amount
 • Clients whose birthday falls within specific dates
 • Clients who received a specific service
 After selecting your criteria, salonMonster will display how many clients will receive your email.
 Click that number to view or exclude clients if needed.

Write Your Email
 • Enter your subject line in the Email Subject field.
 • Type your message in the main text box.
 • Use the toolbar to add formatting, links, or photos to make your email more engaging.

Send a Preview (Optional)
 Click Send me a preview to send a test email to yourself and confirm the formatting looks good.

Send It Out
 Once you’re happy with your email, click Send It to deliver it to your selected recipients.
✅ Tip: Sending a preview helps you confirm layout, images, and links before your message goes to clients.
