If a client doesn’t show up for their appointment, you can easily mark it as a No-Show right from your calendar.
✨ Here’s How

Open your Calendar and select the appointment that didn’t occur.

At the top of the appointment details, tap the Status bar (it will likely show as Booked).

From the dropdown menu, select No-Show.

Choose whether to send or skip an email notification when prompted.

Tap Save to confirm — the appointment will now display as No-Show in your calendar.
