In multi-staff accounts, salonMonster makes it easy to choose which staff member’s information you want to view or manage using the Staff Picker.

Look for the Staff Picker — a dropdown menu that appears in several areas of salonMonster, including:

Booking calendars

Client lists
-
Reports
-
Services & products

Staff settings

Tipping

Click the Staff Picker to open the dropdown list of team members.

Select the staff member whose information you’d like to view.

In the calendar, this shows that staff member’s bookings.

In reports, it filters to just that staff member’s results.

In settings, it opens that staff member’s profile to adjust their services or permissions.

You can also switch to All Staff view to see everything together.

The Staff Picker only appears in multi-staff accounts.

It will usually default to the staff member who is logged in, so you’ll see your own calendar or information first.

If you’re on a solo account, you won’t see this option.
