🔄 Moving from Fresha to salonMonster

We can copy over your Clients, and (optionally) your Bookings and Products so you don’t lose any history when switching to salonMonster. Follow the steps below to export each dataset from Fresha and send it to us.


👥 Export Your Clients

  1. Open Fresha.

  2. Go to Clients and click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Export and select CSV (Excel also works, but CSV is preferred).

  4. Click the share icon and email the export to [email protected].


đź“… Export Your Bookings (Optional)

  1. Open Fresha.

  2. Go to Reports → Appointments list.

  3. Set the date range to All time.

  4. Click Options → Export → CSV.

  5. A file will download to your computer — email it to [email protected].

đź’ˇ Tip: If your file is very large, you can export by year or by smaller date ranges and send multiple files.


đź§´ Export Your Products (Optional)

  1. Open Fresha.

  2. Go to Reports → Inventory.

  3. Select Stock on hand.

  4. Choose Export → CSV.

  5. Email the file to [email protected].


📤 Send Your Files

Once you’ve exported the datasets you want us to migrate, email them to [email protected] (or send them via the in-app messenger). We’ll import the data and let you know when everything’s ready.


✅ That’s it! We’ll handle the migration and confirm once your salonMonster account is fully populated.
